Pros
25 days holidays per year, good pension scheme. Predominantly good people to work with. Free lenses are a good perk as they can be quite costly.
Cons
Summer promotions are a killer, the workload increases significantly but no extra staff are provided and this can carry on for 3-4 months. Work- life balance is poor.
