Pros

Compensation including benefit programs are at market level a

Cons

Where to begin? If you just do a little research on Essilor-Luxottica merger, you will get a feel for how things work at Essilor. Management team do not collaborate internally and they do not work well across Essilor and Luxottica teams either (i.e. stock is down over $10 since public fighting has started). Company sold everyone this merger was good for employees, which was another lie from management. Company culture is very French and all teams are being replaced by French management. Future opportunities are very limited.

Pros

Some of the store clerks were nice - we interacted with these people on a daily basis.

Cons

The internal structure of their Toronto office is abysmal. Completely unprofessional and engaged actively in bullying and threatening tactics. Really bad.
