      There is a big toxic culture in the company. This has now been made worse by the Luxottica buyout. Management is in the mode to cover themselves at whatever cost and this is being punished on line employees. Self preservation is rampant and THEY JUST LAID OFF on 12/04/19 with no care about the people there. I'm glad I got out while I could. They also preach diversity but it is really window dressing. If you don't run in their drinking and golf circles, you are not looked at.

      Pros

      People TRY to be friendly, but hard to succeed when management is pretty indifferent to the whole atmosphere, is like 18 century.

      Cons

      This is not a company were to make a career, overall you lose your time and just get a paycheque below the market. The HR is basing all things on there in house counsel and is all just legal cover up of thieir liability

      Everyone is super friendly and open-minded, a great place to work, learn and grow

      The company has so many incredible internal projects and it's amazing that just a few people knows them, there is a big lack of internal communication
