Management is focused exclusively in cutting costs, ignoring the trends of the telecom and high-tech industries. Management is obsessed with following processes to the detriment of actually accomplishing goals. Strong lack of willingness to take responsibility and accountability; everyone is looking for someone else to blame instead of trying to resolve issues.
