Plenty of time off.

Cons

Always felt the overwhelming sense of doom. When I started my team was 20+ people. There were cuts after the first few months, and they kept coming regularly again and again. After a while, our learning clients gave up caring about learning because they were so worried for their job. The former CEO ran things into the ground by dreaming but never bringing it to realization. Thousands of people get laid off and he still gets a cushy top level job and doesn't suffer.

I have worked at the Ericsson office in Mississauga for more than 4 years. There is too much politics that would interfere with day to day activities.
