If you are within the telecom field,then there is not a better place to learn the A-Z of telecommunications.

Cons

Not a very highly paying company.Although you gain worth with passage of time alongwith job security.

Strong company, opportunities to grow professionally if living in Sweden

Good balance between work and private life. Average to good training possibilities. Good working conditions (locations, desk, IT) and average to good benefits.

Cons

Lots of politics involved if aiming to a senior/management position. Spending a period in Sweden is almost a must to move forward in the organisation.

Good culture. Everybody shows respects to each other no matter the position is high or low. Managers are mostly nice guys. Working pressure is not high. Good working environment.

Cons

Salary is not high comparing other big companies in this field.
