      Many good, professional people work here. Commitment to customers is high. If you want stability, it is a very good place to work. Relatively low level of bureaucracy and politics considering the size of the company.

      Cons

      Making decisions takes too long and good initiatives often end up being obsolete in the market when they are realized. Skills of managers are in general low.
