      Pros

      Opportunity to be exposed to a wide range of technology. Ability to to work from multiple places and the stability of a large company.

      Cons

      It is very process driven and for someone used to small-to-mid sized company, it might be difficult to adjust to this culture. {Process adds about 20% overhead to most of the things that engineers do.

      Pros

      Good opportunities in Ericsson Global, though competition for place is steep but healthy. Work done is recognized, and compensation is good, if not great. Good to continue and flourish until you think that time has come to make changes.

      Cons

      As with any BIG MNC's, most things you do are planned hence your career growth will also follow a curve well within company limits.
