Worldwide existence, Good growth opportunities, steady business, overall good work environment, Swedish company so over all a good employee treatment

Cons

The environment varies according to geographic locations, For instance, in India work life balance is poor. Since Ericsson is a huge organisation, therefore, exposure to multiple domains and aspects become limited. One tends to become too specialized and handles a narrow scope of work (especially if you're involved in technical role)
