      Never mentioned that I was hired for global Services ,was under impression that i would be part of R&D

      Pros

      Parent company has very good reputation and share in market. Descent to very good salary offered initially.

      Cons

      New company mainly focused on Managed services ..... often confused with parent company which deals with core telecom products(R&D). Bad process management. Large number of employees on bench. Bad Infrastructure. 1 year Service Agreements for all trainings and certifications.

      Pros

      You get to work on the cutting edge technology. You will be working with the brightest and the smartest. Always scope to learn, grow and innovate.

      Cons

      You get to work in the same department for years without much exposure to the other department as to whats going on there. They layoff 10% of guys every year. If they dont have work , they just come and let you go the same day giving some lame performance excuse
