Quite a lot of opportunities for the development of a professional are available here. The company offers good salaries and always appreciate your efforts.

Cons

May be a little too relaxed working environment but that can never be bad :).

1- good brand name. 2- maximum no of telecoms projects in India. 3-good salary for newly joined employs. good if you joined it from campus selection as a GET. very easy process of hiring very good for learning

Cons

1- heavy cost cutting . 2- No growth for OLD employs. 3- bad transportation. 4-Not good if joined as an OFF ROLE. 5- no training program....they provide OJT (on job training ) be ready to learn every thing by your self. 6-teams are divided in to sub teams.
