Multinational company with the access to learn to achieve so many in such a short time , ability to move from department to another giving the way for a very good experiences , specially for engineers, comparing to other companies Ericsson Egypt is considered to be a friendly place to work on.
Cons
You are working today and could get fired in the same day without prior notice, some departments don't take the same privileges as the others , hard place to work around the clock which takes your personal life away from you .
