      Pros

      It's a really nice environment to start a career, with encouraging colleagues. Training sessions are held like as in a class - gives back the college environment feeling. Also accompanied with a good salary competent enough in the market.

      Cons

      Not really good in terms of broadening your work arena. Work seems concentrated to a bare section and requires an ample amount of time to switch across your places of interests.

      tech heavy work culture, laid back Euro style work environment. NA headquarters in Plano are awesome. if you want to learn core telecom tech skills its great, but company is siloed, so cross domain work can be hard to find.

      Cons

      Upper Management is all about over priced cut and run consultants with fancy MBA's and no inkling about the industry.
