What can I say.... management are incompetent, there is no innovation, the company is insanely over reliant on third world markets, there is no direction, no vision, no leadership, absolutely zero accountability, the actual employees who drive the business are constantly petrified of losing their jobs and therefore keep their heads down and are afraid to contribute to improvement, career opportunities are a thing of the past unless you wish to move to the developing world.....the list goes on & on....

the company has an active buddy system where they give opportunities to buddies who have no real high performance tracks indecisive mid level management racial and professional bias for people on Visa, this is the worst company to abuse their status and holds them by low balling them new managers come in but there is no upwards feedback loop, no transparency on how these managers are hired and no check on their performance
