      Big company, one of leader in technology. Free coffee.

      Cons

      Managerial politics, hell for non-swedish employees. Mostly discriminate talented foreign employee by engaging them into language deficiencies. Low salaries. least chances for non Swedish employees to grow. People say there is no racism but it strongly exist.
