      Fun environment and some managers do care,

      Cons

      a lot of it is luck and if you have a bad territory, you could be screwed. Make sure you know how the territory you are put in has done historically and how it is doing right now. I would ask...what would my salary be if I performed the exact same as the person in this territory in the previous year. not diverse and doesn't feel like a great company but the money can make up for that if you get in a good spot

      Good working environment

      Pros

      Generally the people are helpful and team spirited, and most bosses are fair and comfortable to work with and for.

      Cons

      Base salary is low, they rarely give sales reps a raise on the base salary despite inflation ravaging us. They are owned by investment firms so to them, business is your numbers.
