The people are the best advantage the company has. Everyone is really nice and willing to help out as much as they can.

Cons

Management is very rigid and has completely demoralized employees by their continuous outrageous requests of more work, less vacation days and no incentives.

Epicor is a great place to work. Company stresses employee retention, and has many long term employees. Always looking at the future career of its employees. motivated people will move up.

Cons

There has been some changes in recent past that has caused confusion among the ranks. Even though the company is stable, this causes staff to have concern.
