      Pros

      Great products, great people, forward-thinking, so much talent, wonderful customers, some good managers, room for growth

      Cons

      Disorganized management, lack of recognition for top employees, very low compensation, high turnover, the best employees are taken advantage of and many times, leave the company for better opportunities

      The only people I would recommend this job to are students still in college Flexible hours Paid weekly Easy work Unless you go out of your way to be lazy or do something majorly stupid, you won't get fired

      Cons

      Super boring They like to lure people in by talking about how sharp people get promoted quick- this is a lie. The only way you will be promoted is if you kiss management's ass / are a total douche-tool or know people who are already on Epicor's 20th floor roster If you don't talk about football, you are invisible to management One manager in particular is extremely rude and disrespectful- unlike anything I've ever experienced in my 8 year in the work force Underpaid
