      Pros

      Epicor for me was a huge leap from manufacturing to IT, I have found the people and the culture amongst the best I have experienced. The product I work with is very good, and I get real enjoyment in being part of the customers team as the their knowledge and understanding grows. The company has a clear vision with exciting times ahead.

      Cons

      During my short time with Epicor I have seen no major shortcomings.

      Good place for sales reps to work and grow.

      Pros

      Products are excellent so it is not a difficult sell. If you work hard, you will be rewarded for it.

      Cons

      They are some communication issues between development and sales. You need to understand how to work the system to get things done.

      Pros

      High levels of empowerment and autonomy, you can make a difference and leave a legacy, I get the feeling Epicor is on the cusp of real change and huge growth, Epicor 10 looks to be an excellent new product

      Cons

      Comp could be improved, focus on getting back the 'start up' feel of everyone is in it together
