      Epicor is really a great place to start your career as a system's engineer, becuase here you can learn teamwork, project management and several development methodologies. Salary is excellent compare to other companies around my country

      Depending on which products you are working the roles of each employee may not be pretty clear, Improving the communication between employees and manager could be imperative.

      I was given everything to learn and become better: plenty of tools, the mentoring system, the company's internal trainings and friendly and helpful colleagues who can really work as a team. It is well organised and yet open working environment that helps everybody to focus on serving our customers.

      Cons

      Sometimes it may be challenging to use so many different software and websites required for our work. These many surfaces could be integrated to improve efficiency.
