I'm still thinking about that one....Co-workers and teammates are very nice.

Cons

Management is horrible and out of touch with what is going on..Terrible processes and procedures that are not customer or employee friendly. Takes way longer to get things done with the amount of tedious procedures not to mention the poor communication among departments.
