Supportive Work Culture Team members and managers are generally approachable and willing to guide, especially for freshers or early-career roles. Work-Life Balance Compared to many tech companies, Epicor is known for offering relatively good work-life balance. Exposure to Legacy and Modern Technologies You can work with both older systems (good for understanding enterprise software) and newer technologies (Angular, .NET, cloud). Stable Company Epicor has been around for decades, so it’s relatively stable with consistent client bases (especially in manufacturing, retail ERP solutions). Global Company Experience You get experience working in a multinational environment (US, Europe, India, etc.), even if based in India. Internal Growth Opportunities There are chances to move internally between teams if you show interest and performance (though it may not be super fast).
