Pros

I love the work culture, the leadership team, the managers and the healthy competition. There is a lot of opportunities for growth here. Best company to start your career.

Cons

The vehicle lease offered from Epicor is not ideal for employees.

Pros

Product is very good to explore and learn, US based firm. Good pay. If you understand the product well then it's the best company to work and work life balanced ..

Cons

If you are a part of customer support, you need to learn the product within 1 month, need to handle tickets. But manager expects you to work like seniors which will pressurize you and makes you doubt yourself about your ability .
