Pros

Good Food and office infrastructure.

Cons

If you're a skilled developer looking to advance your career, RUN from Epicor's Retail domain, specifically the Payments Team. This division represents everything wrong with corporate culture - favoritism, technical stagnation, and management incompetence at its worst. Management will target employees they don't like with personal attacks and create a hostile work environment. They use arbitrary criteria like hiring batch or personal preferences to determine treatment, which creates an atmosphere of fear and discrimination. Promotions are based on politics, not performance Technical merit means nothing if you don't butter up to managers Skilled engineers are deliberately kept on menial tasks while favorites get interesting projects Zero investment in employee development or growth. The product itself if poorly designed with scalability issues. The technology is embarrassingly outdated. Engineers are reduced to maintaining patchy scripts with no room for innovation or modern development practices. It's career suicide for anyone wanting to stay relevant in the tech industry. This company operates more like a high school clique than a professional organization. If you're not part of the manager's favorite group, expect to be marginalized, given inferior assignments, and potentially subjected to personal attacks about your background or circumstances.

Pros

They have great exposure to tech stack and Code spaces. Even face many responsibilities which would impact your career positively.

Cons

Be aware of Managers and Directors of some specific verticals, and many things will be controlled by Offshores and not from India
