      It is a good company with a lot of new and young people, this is a good company to start working as developer but to grow you need to move to another company.

      Cons

      There are not process and standard stablished. works as a small company innovation is not allowed to all people in all areas in all levels It is like a baby company in several areas, the culture is good but people doesnt like to follow orders, with standards but without a very good maturity level.

      - Absolutely no technological growth - Zero career growth - Non trained manager treating people like "Salves" - HR team is of no use as usual - No investment on people and tech - Most of the projects still running in house and they are vendor of choice for cloud
