      - Great teams with superb engineers - Management is aware of issues and try to best fit upgrades into path planning - Work hours tend to be very flexible and non-stressful

      Cons

      - Roadmaps are a bit sketchy and may leave some products behind - Fragmented development teams with no cohesion but there are universal directives which may not be feasible based on technologies used - Ageing technology stacks that are hard to modernize due to either customer-base or hard-upgrade paths
