The owner's mismanagement created a work environment full of anxiety and humiliation. My professional growth was stunted due to the lack of proper guidance and support. It was clear that the owner was backward thinking and failed to provide the necessary leadership or resources. This approach not only affected employee morale but also hindered the company's overall effectiveness.

Commission-based pay sounded promising at first, but the inconsistency was a major stressor. Some months were great, but others left me scrambling to make ends meet. It made budgeting a nightmare.

You get to work with some talented and passionate people.

Cons

One of the most disorganized and terrible leadership I have ever witnessed. The managers here are either incompetent or lazy. There are a few good ones, but most of them are undeserving to be part of the leadership. Upper management constantly makes decisions based on short term gains while ignoring the employees. They also treat workers like they are beneath them. This place was the worst place I've worked in my entire career.
