      Micromanage for what?

      Pros

      Friendly staff for the most part, they become like your second family if you stay long enough and get to know them.

      Cons

      Micromanagement: is really micro "management" if there's no managing? I thought of it more as micro-harassing for tasks that were irrelevant and illogical. This place is the epitome of corruption, lies, and employee mistreatment. I'm so disappointed in myself for leaving a job to work for this organization.

      Some colleagues were helpful enough.

      Cons

      Many people here are CEO's pets. If you are a CEO's pet, you will flourish here. If not, you can be labeled as an under-performer and asked to leave. I left before they could force me to.

      The biggest pro was not working there anymore

      Cons

      You should learn to not get too invested into your work there as it would probably switch hands often and would be assigned to others. This resulted to poor services and lots of annoyed and disappointed clients. There was a clear communication and project management problem and management did not seem to care about resolving it.
