The company needs to work on communication between upper management. There are several miscommunications between upper management and the rest of the workers.

flexibility nowadays is really important, that's why it's so important to get an additional job to cover the bills and it should be time-flexibile and it's Service Agent with Enterprise

Cons

it's not a high level job, and you'll be working in Direct sun light on summer and in rainy days of winter.
