      You truly run your own business without the expense of opening your own franchise. The company is conservative and financially solid that has an outlook for the long haul of its market share, profitability and employees.

      Cons

      Dedication, hard work and long hours are sometimes necessary just like any business. Work life balance can be a bit of a challenge but I think they are truly making an effort to repair that.
