Pros

The people, and is a great place to launch your career. It is continuation of college life and is great if your single.

Cons

There is no loyalty for long term employees. Management doesn’t practice what they preach. Management doesn’t live by the “values that define them”. There are ethical issues with upper management. ERAC has always told us about these career paths and how the potential is endless. Now they are downsizing and refuse to lay people off. They will place you in positions that pay 20k less and say they are "helping you". They push you to the extreme as far as hours and expectations and it is never good enough to get you to the "next level".

Pros

The employee discounts are awesome and if you are a manager you get a company car, which means you do not pay for the vehicle, gas or insurance on the car. It can be a very rewarding job. Everyday you meet people from all overthe world and you have the opportunity to help them in some way. People travel for business, family vacations or due to unfortunate circumstances such as a death or ill family member. All to often they don't bring the things they need to wiht them, it is our job to help the customers the best we can so that they can do what they came in town to do. Customer service is king at our company!

Cons

Well if you work at an airport location you are most likely open 24 hours so it can be hard sometime to work the hours needed. If you are a manager for this copmany plan on putting in 10 to 15 hours per day. People who leave exactly at their scheduled out time are looked upon as lazy and non-team players. In addition we are open on holidays so you will have to work the holidays away from your family

Pros

They respect the need for a diverse workforce, pay fairly, listen to their employees and understand the need to balance personal and professional needs.

Cons

Expectations are high, so if you are not prepared to bring your A game, stay at home. With that being said, at the corporate office in St. Louis, there is such a high importance on employee retention, that those who don't perform can get in the way of those who want to do whatever it takes to advance their career. Maybe they could set two tracks for employees.
