      Pros

      The sky is the limit here. The harder you work the more you'll be rewarded monetarily, celebrations and your personal sense of accomplishment. Two stocked fridges and 2 cabinets of food so you are never cranky because of hunger! The people are helpful and in it for the same reasons you are. Overall happy with everything.

      Cons

      Because of the exploding growth with the current business model, we have out grown our facility and are looking for a larger one. Growing pains are evident but so are opportunities. I appreciate the one I have been given.
