8yThere are a few things in this feedback that need to be addressed. First, we hear you. We will certainly live our core value of "Take Ownership" and explore what conditions we might have created that made it difficult for you to to not be able to address these concerns with us earlier.
We put a tremendous amount of love and care into making sure our tribe members have a feeling of security, belonging, personal achievement, meaning and financial upside in our work environment. This is definitely disappointing and a reminder of how important our core value of "Be Transparent" is. When people have the courage to be vulnerable and express their concerns with their fellow tribe members, it is much easier to resolve.
We feel we are as open as a company can be with our goals, hiring, future plans of being in a new building that gives us more room to grow, etc. We will practice our core value of Learn to Earn and apply learning to encourage others how to better connect with the values. At the end of the day, we have to accept that there are people who will have a difficult time practicing our 4 core values at the level we require and as a result sill find it difficult to enjoy the journey with us.
