Pros
This will sound like a canned review or paid advertisement, but I honestly could not be happier with my experience in coming on board with Drivers Select. My only regret is that I didn't join 2 years ago when I was first approached with the opportunity. Outstanding work environment, authentic culture, and some of the best people you'll ever know in your life. We use words like "transparency, celebration, and ownership" in our daily dialogue and they have genuine meaning in our tribe. If you want to work in the car industry or already do and are looking for a change that will improve your over-all quality of life this is the place to apply.
Cons
It's difficult to label work-load as a con because I truly believe that to be a Drivers Select tribe member means you have a natural work ethic that can't be taught. We do work really hard to achieve our goals and maintain our culture of C.A.R.E. But those long hours and intense targets are balanced so well by the environment in which we do it...and most importantly the people we do it with every day.
