Pros
Great Pay, Family atmosphere, Exciting, Fun, diverse and Unique. Leadership works hard to allow the "Tribe" to be a part of change decisions, very supportive with tremendous growth opportunities
Cons
The days go by so fast before you realize the time you may have worked a long day however that isn't an indictment on a bad environment it just speaks to the comfort, business and never aa dull moment
