New Field Service management has handcuffed FSE's with new parts management system where trunk stock is limited. New tracking program being instituted so management can GPS track FSE. New program where FSE required to take 30 minute lunch, non paid to reduce OT. My customers do not want me to take a 30 minute break when the lab equipment is down. Last meeting was low class while sales meeting is normal. Management does not appreciate the FSE's and think they are easily replaced. They tried this a few years ago with massive turnover. Advice, get rid of new director and hire someone with basic Field Service knowledge.
