Great work-life balance and supportive team environment

Pay rate is relatively low for interns compared to similar positions, great benefit

The company work culture, benefits, treatment of employees, and goals are all amazing. I would consider this company to be my favorite workplace of all time to this day

I'm not sure who the hiring people are, but some of my coworkers were not very good. Ideally, we would have stricter screening (and involve current employees) for future employees to avoid hiring on someone who does not pull their weight.
