Pros
Opportunities for fresh talent that are interested in making their own mark. Training and development is self directed, but opportunities for huge responsibility and development if positioned correctly.
Cons
Internally constant changes, difficult to navigate and maintain momentum or maintain internal alliances due to changes. Strategy is redundant. Have not valued people at all past three years. Forgets the important things over preference to expense cut, unbelievable amounts of red tape, can be a boys club. Pay is way below standard in Aus. Burn good people out by making them overextend to perform two or more roles. Miscommunications are commonplace to employees.
