Cons
Complacent leadership taking eye off core underwriting disciplines leading to significant business struggles and under performance. Slow to respond to changing industry dynamics: customer needs, technology, demographics, etc. Sound people/talent practice, but lack of integration New CEO could lead to improvement and resurgence in confidence.
