- failing communication between staff and leadership, feedback from managers seems to conflict with what you are being told from people who work with you every day
The male-to-female ratio in sales, specifically on the commercial side, is not excellent. Though I do not think this is intentional, most of the women who are at the sales meetings tend to be marketing for sales support, from what I could tell.
There is no actual path for growth within the roles; most people end up just swapping teams rather than getting any real promotion.
-KPIs are BS in non-sales roles; you could be doing more than what is being asked of you, meeting and exceeding your goals, and still be told you are not working hard enough
- again, this depends on the manager and leadership you are under.
