One of the major things about Yardi is that your starting salary is low but eventually overtime you have more responsibilities and the salaries don't increase as much. On top of that, there have been multiple shifts that happens in the company but it does not come with a raise. For example, there are teams dedicated to learning one product but other teams are dedicated to learning multiple products for the same pay range or you might be supporting a bigger load of clients without an increase in pay. Yardi also has a history of promoting inexperienced managers/team leaders because of the lack of options they have which results in very poor onboarding process. Most likely its the team training you and the teams are still new. Don't stay too long.
