I have always hit my sales goals in my 10 years of sales so obviously I thought I would hit my number. But once I was hired on I found out only 8% of all reps have hit their number (Yardi has over 3000 employees) DONT WORK HERE- unless you want to make a little over minimum wage, be micromanaged, clock in and out - like an hourly employee even though you are salaried. This company is a nightmare stuck in the 80's treating women like Crap. EVERYONE I WORKED WITH WAWS UNHAPPY. I dont know where these stars are coming from on glassdoor. They are obviously FAKE. Not one single person I worked with was happy here. NOT ONE. Its a nightmare- literally
