Pros
Stable full time position if you are willing to put up with high pressure and very long work weeks which are unpaid.
Cons
Many .. unstructured and management absenteeism. Expectation is 60 hour plus work week equating to about $ 27 per hour cdn. with no bonus pool. Archaic approach to management and sales above all else bordering on ethical breaches.
