      I get health benefits, that's about it.

      Cons

      They don't care about supporting their own employees then will offshore them to an Indian outsourcing company with 2 days notice. That's what it's like to work for Xerox.

      Big company with solid benefits

      Cons

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
