      Remote Work, Company Cell Phone, Good PTO policy

      Cons

      Raises far and few between, lots of "reinvention" to move people around, random lay offs and now selling off of employees to offshore call centers. Poor upper management they are clueless to what is going on below them.

      Big company with solid benefits

      Cons

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
