      Prior to 2021 it was an amazing place to work.

      Cons

      Misdirection of top leadership, constant change with little to no communication. Layoffs, furloughs and more layoffs. Departmental reorg then reorg again. Constant negative change over 4 years

      Big company with solid benefits

      Cons

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
