Would give 0 stars if I could - Anonymous employee Xerox Employee Review

Don’t give a rats a** about their employees. Management is shocking, basically code for “I sit back and do nothing while you do all the work”. Don’t care about you unless you’ve worked in the company 20+ years. Absolutely no young people. I’m in my 20s and closest age in office was early/mid 30s. Can only speak on the corporate side of things but they just really don’t care about you unless you’re management who has spent your life in the same company. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.
