      Team members, and most are willing to help and grow each other

      Cons

      Pay is beyond market value. To give an idea, a CCNP would be lucky to be making 70k. The execs have removed bonuses and continue to allow ppl to walk away who are mission critical to the success of the IT support to clients. Stay away

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
