Pros

Good co-workers. I have enjoyed the immediate accomplishment aspect of the break/fix environment for over 30 years.

Cons

Xerox Service is a rudderless ship. Management seems to want to jettison this (once core) aspect of their business model. Rumors fly weekly about being sold. When you have a "Kick-Off" meeting at a pancake shop and ZERO words are said about the future direction, it may be a red flag. "We did well in our metrics this past year. Just continue on." Dangerously low morale fueled by no raises, blocked job promotions and lack of engagement with frontline employees.

Big company with solid benefits

Cons

Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
