In general Xerox pays well. That's the "carrot" that will keep you there for a while.
Cons
*HR Community has a "do as I say, not as I do" mentality. *Don't count on getting your performance reviews in a timely fashion. *Managers are too busy doing other work rather than developing and managing their employees. *LSS Projects can be long and drawn out.
